Mr. Danny Gent, age 57 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Thursday, December 22, 2016 at the Medical Center in Franklin, KY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 27, 2016 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.
He was born on September 14, 1959 to the late Richard Wayne Gent and the late Lucy Mae Buchanan Gent.
He is survived by his wife Jackie Gent, 2 children Josh Gent (Amy) of Franklin, KY. and Leslie Gent of Franklin, KY., a sister Elisa Davison of Franklin, KY. and a grandson Spencer Wayne Gent.
Mr. Gent was a member of the Franklin-Simpson Bass Club and worked at Logan Aluminum.
Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, December 26, 2016 and from 6:00 AM until funeral service time Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
