Charles "Charlie" Edwin Sharer

Mr. Charlie Sharer, age 60 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest, Thursday, February 4, 2016 at his residence.

Arrangements are under the direction of Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 7, 2016 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.

A native of Warren Co., KY., he was the son of the late Maurice Sharer and the late Imogene Strickler Sharer.

He is survived by his wife Kim Eubanks Sharer and a son Marty Sharer (Ashley) all of Franklin, KY. and a daughter Kim Kennedy (Craig) of Nashville, TN.; a brother Jack Sharer of Louisville, KY.; 4 grandchildren Cole and Owen Sharer and Maeve and Brynn Kennedy and several nieces and nephews.   He is also survived by his loving pets Riley and Bailee.

Mr. Sharer was a member of the Lutheran Church and a member of the Franklin Country Club.  He was an employee of the J & L Chemical Co.

Visitation will begin Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM and Sunday at 6:00 AM until funeral service time at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home.
