Mr. Charles T. Park, age 90 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Sunday, December 04, 2011 at 3:10 P. M. at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.
A native of Christian Co., Ky., he was preceded in death by his wife, the late Nettie Josephine Harris Park, his parents, the late Otho Holland Park and the late Commie Marie Thacker Park, and by a brother, the late William O. Park.
He is survived by his son Charles Hal Park (Melinda) of Louisville, KY., 2 daughters: Ann Harris Bradley of Franklin, KY. and Nancy Josephine Wardlaw (Mike) of Atascadero, CA.; a sister Mary Ann Biles of Franklin, Ky., 6 grandchildren Nancy Lee Pearson, Benjamin Wells Park, Noah Charles Park, Lee Ann McEwan and Andrew Morrow Wardlaw and 5 great grandchildren Hailey, Branan and Kaitlyn McEwan and Bradley and Kate Wesley Pearson.
Mr. Park retired from Sears & Roebuck, and also served in the Army in the 355th Engineering Regiment in WWII. He was a member of the First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for several years. Mr. Park was also a member of the New Salem Masonic Lodge and the American Legion Post 62.
