Cathy Sue Woolbright

Mrs. Cathy Woolbright, age 59 of Franklin, KY passed away on January 23rd, 2023 at 3:53 PM at the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Hospital in Lexington, KY.

Her wishes were to be cremated. There will be a private memorial service held.

Cathy was born on January 1st, 1964 in Warren County, KY to the late Glenn Hayes Copas and the late Nelda O’neil Copas. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Glenda Don Cardwell.

She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Robert Lee Woolbright of Franklin, KY; 3 children, Angela Scarbrough (Travis) of Grayson County, KY, Korina Woolbright ( Donny Burns) of Bowling Green, KY, and James Glenn Woolbright (Katie) of Woodburn, KY; 3 grandchildren, Terry-Lee Scarbrough (Macie), Emma-Jo Scarbrough, and Hunter Scarbrough; 1 great-grandbaby, Luke Austin Scarbrough; 1 brother, Donald Copas (Keeli) of Nashville, TN, and several nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews.

Cathy was a member of Faith Baptist Church and a 1981 class graduate of Warren Central High School. She always enjoyed just being with her kids, neices, nephews, grand babies, and great-grand baby.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
