Mrs. Bessie Reed Coker Johnson, age 83 of Springfield TN., entered into rest Friday, November 11, 2011 at 10:00 A. M. at the Clarksville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Clarksville, TN.
A native of Sumner Co., TN., she was the daughter of the late Johnny Sam Coker and the late Addie Lena Settle. She was the wife of the late Robert "Bob" Johnson. She was preceded in death by a daughter Pamela Johnson Dillard.
She is survived by a daughter Patricia Johnson Weaks of Clarksville, TN., a son Robert "Bud" Johnson of Springfield, TN., 2 Sisters Lula Graves of Franklin, Ky. and Mammie Ruth Rudbeck of Indianapolis, IN., a brother J.C. Coker of Franklin, KY., 3 grandchildren Jeanetta Weaks Horn, Heather Dillard Howard and Jonathan Dillard, 3 Great Grandchildren Jessica Meador, Lindsey, Racheal Horn.
Mrs. Johnson was a baptist and a homemaker.
