Annie Lou Byrum

Mrs. Annie Lou Byrum, age 95 of Portland, TN., entered into rest Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 8:00 A. M. at her residence.
A native of Simpson Co., Ky. she was the daughter of the late Herod Jones and the late Rachel Salmons Jones. She was the wife of the late Ernest Byrum. She was preceded in death by a daughter Susan Briley and great granddaughter Jennifer Smith.
She is survived by a daughter Joanne Smith of Portland, TN., a son Larry Byrum of Hillsboro, OR., a brother Bill Jones of Tuson, AZ. and special granddaughter and care-giver Gail Craig of Portland, TN.; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Byrum was a homemaker and member of the Franklin Church of Christ.
