Ana Fehrle Lack Nealy

Mrs. Anna Fehrle Lack Nealy, age 73 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Norton Hospital in Louisvile, KY.
A native of Simpson Co., KY., she was the daughter of the late Robert Fehrle and the late Elizabeth Hauff Fehrle. She was preceded in death by her husband James Edward Lack and brother Emil Robert Fehrle, Jr.
She is survived by her husband Douglas H. Nealy; son James Edward Lack, Jr. and daughter Tammy Lea Watkins (Ricky) all of Franklin, KY.; 3 step-daughters: Lori Shoulders of Franklin, KY., Rita Scruggs and Wanda White both of Scottsville,KY; 3 step-sons: James Curtis Lack of Auburntown, TN., Ricky Nealy and Dewayne Nealy both of Franklin, KY.; 3 sisters: Naomi Fehrle and Marie Etheridge both of Chatsworth, GA. and Roberta Galoci of Alexandria, VA.; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren and 7 step-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Nealy was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and member of Ruth Electa #17 Eastern Star. She was a retired nurse from the Franklin-Simpson Memorial Hospital and employee of the Medco Center.
