Jo Ann Keplinger

Mrs. Jo Ann Keplinger, age 76 of Franklin, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 2:08 AM at Hickory Hills Special Care Center in Hendersonville, TN.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 13, 2019 with burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, in Franklin, KY.

Jo Ann was born December 10, 1942 to the late Willie Buntin and Beatrice Glover Buntin of Sumner Co., TN. She was preceded in death by a brother Thomas Buntin, a sister Jean Hudson, and 1 infant sister.

Jo Ann is survived by her husband Curtis Keplinger of Franklin, KY, and 2 nephews, Thomas Buntin of Chicago, IL, and Bryan Hudson of Philadelphia, PA.

Jo Ann was a florist and owned her own flower shop, and later worked for D&M Florist and Greenhouse. She was a member of Liberty General Baptist Church.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, July 12, 2019 and from 6:00 AM until time of service at Gilbert Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital or to Liberty General Baptist Church of Franklin, KY.
